Our king studio was equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. The bed was soft and comfortable. The bathtub worked well. The location was good, really close to a gas station/convenience store as well as doordash delivery for food. Busch Gardens and Tampa were nearby.

The breakfast is the worst ever seen. The staff is rude and lazy. The noise of the highway is very load.

I was double billed fro my stay. I called to complain the attendant said it was just a duplicate authorization and would go off my card, guess what it did not go off my card and my credit is dinged for twice the amount.

I'd choose to stay here again next time.

the location of the hotel was convenient. It was close to the highway and had easy access to all the attractions in the city. Additionally, there was a gas station nearby which was handy for those late-night snacks. The staff were friendly and I noticed that they did regular rounds to ensure the safety of guests and their vehicles. However, these few positives were overshadowed by the overall poor condition of the hotel.

The room was in a terrible condition. The bedspreads were full of cigarette burns, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in ages, and there were broken chairs and lampshades.
